They work towards a creating and maintaining a harmonious seafarer/shore-staff relationship to ensure high retention rates are achieved. We do this through a comprehensive selection process and intensive training procedures thereby producing the large pool of qualified officers and crew with hands on experience on all classes of vessels including bulk carriers, crude, product, gas and chemical tankers.
